Believe in yourself

Have you been in a situation wherein;

  • You want to learn a new sport?
  • You want to learn how to drive or ride a bicycle?
  • Put up a business?
  • Speak in front of people?

I guess you had hesitation at the beginning that you cannot do it.

You don’t have the self-confidence that you can achieve it.

I think it’s a normal feeling when you are trying to learn new skills or want to achieve your goals.

You will have a lot of questions in mind, like:

Kaya ko ba to?

Baka pagtawanan lang ako ng ibang tao?

I know your parents always told you this line, “kaya mo yan anak” whenever you go into a competition or attending a job interview.

They are just simply telling you to Believe in Yourself.

It’s a basic mindset but very powerful.

If you don’t believe in yourself, no one will.

You have your own unique God-given talents, skills or passions that can help others in some ways or can change people’s lives.

Listen, anything in life that you want to achieve will be possible if you first believe in yourself.

You just have to use your own strengths and have self-confidence to do it.

Even myself, I experience this self-doubt from time to time.

For the past few weeks I’ve trying to learn about podcasting.

If you are not yet aware about this, it’s like a radio show or blog in an audio format where you can access thru iTunes, Stitcher or stream it in your browser.

I had few hesitations in mind to try podcasting, like;

  • I don’t have a DJ or radio voice
  • I’m an average English speaker
  • What if no one will listen to my show?

Despite these challenges, I opted to believe in myself that I can do it.

I just need to improve my skills and have to focus in achieving my goal.

This is my plan to discuss in my podcast if I launch it successfully.

I will be inviting successful entrepreneurs and investors and learn their secrets.

I want to know when and where they started, their struggles, strategies, how they succeed and many others.

I need your input if this will be a great topic or you have something in mind that you would like to share.

I will appreciate your comment on this.

What do you want to listen in a podcast?

To your financial success,

      Thanks, Tim. Thanks for your support. I want to invite Bo Sanchez, Chinky Tan and Robert Kiyosaki (I wish, hehehe). I know there are a lot of unheard stories of successful Pinoys out there that we want to hear.
